Set in the grounds of Farnham 6th Form College, Starfish Nursery Farnham offers a convenient location for commuter routes and both Farnham train station and local bus routes.
Following extensive redesign complying with OFSTED standards, the nursery itself offers a friendly homely environment for 51 children.
There is a well-equipped 3 months – 3 year Angelfish room, with a free flow ramp allowing access to the garden area at all times. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable in the delivering of the curriculum and the highest standard of care for all children.
Our Jellyfish room is designed for childern ages 3-5 years and is a large, bright and airy space with lots of toys to offer different learning experiences as well as Sand and Water and Arts & Crafts offered daily. They are able to select their own play and learning opportunities as well as engaging in adult planned activities based around their own needs and interests.
Starfish really prides itself on providing the very highest standard of care and education for all children. We work within ‘Continuous Quality Improvement Plans’ to ensure that we are always reflecting on our practice; this is reviewed monthly and often involves the parents, through questionnaires and discussions.
